Fill in our booking form with your preferred event date, time, location, and the number of guests. We will then let you know whether we have availability, if we do then we will send you our terms and conditions. Once you have accepted our T&C’s we will then go ahead and send you the invoice, once the deposit has been received your date will be secured.

Your 50% booking deposit is to secure your date and is non-refundable. If for any reason you cannot go ahead with your booking, we will hold the deposit for you and you will be able to move your date to an alternative date (subject to availability). Please note an additional refundable security deposit is required when paying the remaining balance. The deposit will be returned back to you when we have confirmed that all items that were used at your set-up are still in their original and undamaged condition - which can take up to 3 working days

We cover various locations in London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire. Berkshire and Surrey. Please state your location when enquiring so we can let you know if we cover that area or not, and if there will be an additional travel charge. Prices for all packages quoted include delivery within a 10-mile radius of WD3. We charge an additional £1 per mile for bookings that take place outside of this radius.

If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to delivery. All booking deposits are non-refundable.

A well-structured timeline is key to a smooth event. We meticulously plan and manage the event itinerary, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

We advise all our customers to check if their wifi reaches the area in your garden that the cinema will be set up. If you are planning to stream movies through apps such as Netflix or Amazon Prime and the wifi doesn’t reach your garden then we would suggest subscibing to youtube premium as that will let you download to your device.

Our projector is compatible with any device that has a HDMI port, including Apple Macbooks as we provide the appropriate adaptors. We do not provide the HDMI adaptors for iPad’s so that is something you would need to supply. If you are unsure if your device will be compatible with our projector, feel free to ask your booking agent.

Yes they are! We provide an electric log burning heater that heats up the igloo very quickly, and the plastic igloo cover insulates the heat. This ensures that our igloos are lovely and cosy during the cold winter months

We will return at the arranged time to pack up. Until then you are responsible for the items. You don’t have to worry about the washing up as we will sort everything out for you! If your set up in overnight then we do require you to wash everything but all our equipment is dishwasher safe

To give you maximum flexibility with the type of food you serve at your event, we do not cater any food or drink, though we can recommend suitable catering companies if you are a little bit stuck

As per our Agreement, the hirer will be held liable for any damages caused during the hire. Please read our Terms & Conditions thoroughly to avoid any doubt

The Balloons are yours to keep. Our team will remove the balloons from the boards and leave them for you. You are free to do whatever you like with them.
